Sign Installation Specialist

Your Role on the Front Lines of Sign Installation

As a Sign Installation Specialist, you will be the face of Kingdom Signs & Graphics on every job site. You will install signage with precision, ensuring each project reflects our high standards and professionalism. Every day, you will help businesses stand out through exceptional craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do Every Day

Install vinyl graphics and wraps on windows, walls, floors, and vehicles
Mount dimensional letters, channel letters, and sign panels (HDU, aluminum, acrylic, etc.)
Set posts and ground signs, including concrete footings as needed
Operate ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts (boom or scissor lifts) safely
Assist with site surveys, measurements, and sign layouts
Follow installation drawings and instructions with care
Keep your work area clean and organized
Represent our company professionally on every job site
Occasionally assist in the shop with vinyl cutting, lamination, and sign assembly

Who We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of sign installation experience
Proficient in vinyl application for vehicles, windows, and walls
Comfortable working at heights and operating aerial lifts (certification is a plus)
Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with power tools
Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and blueprints
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Able to lift 50 pounds or more and work outdoors in varying conditions
Self-motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented

Extra Skills That Make You Shine

Knowledge of common sign materials such as HDU, ACM, PVC, acrylic, and aluminum
Basic carpentry or fabrication skills
Experience with paints, adhesives, and coatings
Familiarity with installation on different surfaces, including brick, stucco, drywall, glass, and vehicles
Ability to perform minor sign repairs or maintenance
Strong sense of layout, spacing, and visual alignment
Basic computer literacy for reviewing design files or installation diagrams

Flexible Hours and Competitive Pay

Contract or as-needed basis with flexible hours depending on workload
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional variations
Competitive hourly rate: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
